The process jdbgmgr.exe (jdbgmgr) is a native Windows application (which stands for Java DataBase Manager) located in the directory c:\windows\system32 ou c:\winnt\system32. The icon for this program depicts a gray bear cub:

There is a hoax meant to fool people into thinking this file is a virus.

On top of that, some viruses do in fact infect this file in order to exploit the security hole (in particular the virus W32.Efortune.31384@mm). Therefore, this file should not be deleted; instead, simply have your antivirus software scan it.
