IVM automatic answering phones equipped with voice mail programs, a voice mail, call waiting and an interactive voice (IVR) for stations equipped with Windows. Operating on VoIP, it connects to the phone using a standard modem or a PABX. IVM can redirect calls during office hours or take messages for a number of boxes voice mail after a set time. Nothing that by installing the installation file, the system becomes operational and is ready to respond to calls. The recorded messages can be heard at any time, sent directly by e-mail, if necessary saved for future reference.
