MBSA stands for Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer. This software allows you to analyze your operating system: Windows NT/2000/XP/Server 2003.
Once MBSA is launched thrown, you will see:
- The red cross indicates that critical updates are missing!
- The yellow cross that not critical updates are missing.
- The V green button indicates that everything is OK.
The Detail button gives details about the missing updates.
The How button indicates how to correct the security problem.
When all the security problems are solved, do not hesitate to boost an analysis to get confirmation. Your security must be weak or null. After installing the updates, you must restart your PC.
