a complete comparison and synchronization of two different MS SQL databases. The result will appear as tree structure on the interface.
Comparison: this software is mainly focused on comparing two MS SQL server databases. After the process, it displays scripts on a popup window. So then, the user will be able to edit it, set breakpoints or to rollback on errors.
Editing: with AdeptSQL Diff
, the user is given the possibility to explore the database schema. By simply dragging and dropping one or more schema items to a text editing program, the script can be edited to correct any existing error.
Scanning: the process involves scanning two databases and displaying the combined schema within the same interface. To highlighting the differences, it shows them using different colors.
Navigating: it should be noted that AdeptSQL Diff
shows the result in a tree view. Thanks to that, it is possible to browse through the database and see the definitions for individual object such as tables, view and stored procedures.
