iTunes is a digital media player that is used to play, download, and organize multimedia files. The application offers a variety of filters and search tools that allow users to browse their files with ease and also includes the ability to create custom playlists for any occasion. Any files and playlists stored in a user's iTunes library can be easily synced with a variety of iOS and Windows devices.

All iTunes users also have access to the iTunes Store, Apple's digital library that houses over 43 million songs, videos, TV shows, podcasts, and audiobooks available for download with the click of a button. Downloads made from the iTunes Store are automatically saved to a user's iTunes library and can also be added to any device synced with a user's iTunes account information.

Note that the 64-bit editions of Windows 7 and Windows 8 will require the iTunes 64-bit installer.
