Windows Vista - Allow Network Access with Blank Passwords

Windows Vista normally doesn't allow access to a computer by network users without a password.
You can change this settings , using this simple procedure:
  • Start>Run>type the following command "gpedit.msc".
  • Move to Computer Configuration>Windows Settings>Security Settings>Local Policies>Security Options
  • In Accounts: disable the "Limit local account use of blank passwords to console login only" option
