What are the role of macros in Access?

Answer

They are primarily used to automate actions or create interactions between different elements of the base, as multiple forms or between a state and a form or a form and a query. The list is important ... You can open a form, enlarge, view the state in matching the current record of the form, export the information for processing in a spreadsheet, create a mailing, etc.. To exploit them wisely, it must be combined with form buttons allowing to trigger their actions. You then realize a real small package.
