To make sure that the email you've sent have been properly delivered to the recipient's mail server:
- Open Outlook
- Click on File > Options > Mail tab
- Scroll to the "Tracking" section
- You'll have the following option "For all message sent, request" , simply check " Delivery receipt confirming the message was delivered to recipient's e mail server"
