Open Office possess an interesting feature that allows you to send a document as email.
Open the document > Click on File > Send > Document as email
- This will automatically open your email client software (the document already attached)
- Simply enter the recipient address and send your mail
- Moreover you can send the document in the HTML, PDF, Word compatible formats.
