I'm unable to open Outlook express under Windows XP: "sku011.CAB missing"
To handle this issue:
- Go to the registry (Start>Run > regedit) and locate this entry
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Office > 11.0 > Delivery > DownloadCode
- In the right pane select CDCache and set its value to 0
