Issue


I'm unable to open Outlook express under Windows XP: "sku011.CAB missing"

Solution


To handle this issue:
  • Go to the registry (Start>Run > regedit) and locate this entry
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Office > 11.0 > Delivery > DownloadCode
  • In the right pane select CDCache and set its value to 0
