October 2017

Since yerterday all my files are opening with the picture manager? I'm unable to launch any of my applications.

- Go to Start and in the search bar, type Regedit and press Enter

- The registry editor opens, click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER

- Then click on Software

- Then, click on Microsoft

- Then click on Windows

- Then click on Current Version

Then click Explorer

Then click FileExt

- Then click .lnk or the file type that matches your problem.

- Then you will see UserChoice. Delete this file.

- Close the Registry Editor

- Restart computer for your icons to be restored.

Thanks to Truster for this tip.
