Dailymotion is an alternative to Flash having more or less the same function. However Dailymotion can be distinguished with the use of an encoding engine and the proposed internal video hosts allowing users to post comments and assigning score to each video.
Unlike YouTube, Dailymotion propose the use of stereo sound for your videos. All Dailymotion files are organized by categories named as channels, keyword, or by groups and even provide a search engine.
Some videos (including MotionMakers) named as stars videos, can be put forward on the home page, prior the approval of editorial team. These videos are very popular: 70 000 500 000 000 clicks, providing around 700 to 2 000 votes, 300 to 700 comments, hundreds of favorite groups.
