You notice on every shortcut icons, a tiny arrow.
What can be done to remove these arrows:
For Windows 2000/XP/2003
When you run the program, select shortcut in the Explorer Menu.
First of all you will have to download TweakUI: here
For Windows Vista
If you are using Windows Vista all you have to do in to look for
Vista Shortcut Overlay remover
After installing this software, run it:
Just choose the option desired then apply.
Note: You have to restart your computer for changes to take effect.

To restore the shortcut arrows, follow the same method to the line 6.
- We must identify the <gras>xIsShortCut
Right-click on this value, and then rename it in IsShortCut
Close Registry Editor and, if necessary, restart your PC.</gras>
If you change the registry key mentioned above (IsShortCut), it disables the "pin" (start menu and task bar).
