Unable to connect to support.microsoft.com

Issue


I'm unable to connect to microsoft.com or support.microsoft.com, my browser is displaying a blank page. By cons I can connect to any other website. What can be done to solve this problem?

Solution


1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click Administrative Tools
3. Click Services.
4. Scroll down and look for DNS Client. Right Click on DNS Client and select STOP.

5. Try to connect again.
