Windows - Export the result of a ping command to a text file

August 2017

Issue

How to automatically export the result of a ping command to a text file?

Solution

  • Open the command prompt (Start > Run > type "cmd").
  • Type the following command "C:\>ping nameofwebsite.com >> c:\Test.txt -t".
  • For example if you want to ping Kioskea.net
  • C:\>ping ccm.net/>> c:\Test.txt -t
