Your homepage has been replaced. Restoring your browser settings won't solve this issue. You are experiencing some form of malicious attack called hijacking. Some of these browser hijackers are very difficult to eradicate and locate in extremely deep layers of the system such as Winsock LSP (Layered Service Provider). They can modify your hosts list, change your name servers (DNS), etc..
This procedure is a curative and preventive procedure against hijacking. It seeks not only to fix the current problem but also to ensure that it never happens again. This procedure relies on a set of free utilities and is the result of the synthesis of very many contributions:
Download an antivirus software or update your current one. Among the recommended software (free):
Restart Windows in Safe Mode
and scan your PC with an antivirus (launch a full scan of your system!).
AdwCleaner by Xplode
AdwCleaner is a tool created specifically for disinfection remove adware. Download AdwCleaner
(by Xplode) on the desktop. Launch it and click on Remove and wait for the scan to be completed. You may need to reboot the computer after the scan. Once the removal complete, a report is going to be generated.
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a disinfection tool known for its effectiveness. It can help to remove items left behind after a scan with AdwCleaner, or handle other types of infections. Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Restore your browser settings
Re-configure your web browsers (start page, search engine, etc.) but also remove/disable any parasite extensions. Clear temporary files and clean up your PC with a software like CCLeaner
or Revo Uninstaller
Install a Firewall
To further protect your system, install a firewall software
