Google - Add a feedback survey to your website

December 2016

Google announced the availability of a new tool for web publishers who want to assess the levels of visitor satisfaction on their websites. This tool is part of the Google Consumer Surveys, designed specifically for web publishers who want to optimize their site based on the feedback from their visitors. You will need to copy an HTML snippet in the code of your website: it will load and display a small window with four basic questions to measure the satisfaction of your audience.
The default questionnaire is available free:
"Google automatically aggregates and analyses the responses: the data is available via an online dashboard"
The satisfaction surveys will be carried on, until 500 responses have been collected: publishers making use of the default questionnaire can use this service for free. However, the customization of the questionnaire is not free ($ 0.01 per answer)
