Google Calendar, gives you the abiliry to attach a text document, spreadsheets or presentations stored on Google Drive or your computer to your events.
You will need to enable this feature first:
Click on the Settings icon> Settings > Labs.
- Scroll to "Event attachments" and enable this feature:
When creating a new event or editing an existing one:
- Click on Add attachment and select your file.
