Word - Convert a PDF document to text format


The latest version of Microsoft Word (2013) now allows users to read their PDF document. You also have the possibility to convert PDF files to text format.
The procedure is as follows
  • Open Word
  • Click File > Open and then select your PDF document.
  • A message tells you that Word will load a PDF document.
  • Click OK.
  • Simply save the document using the .doc or .docx format.
