How to disable push notifications on Android?

On Samsung smartphones:

  • Go to Settings > Application manager.
  • Select the app sending the notifications.
  • Uncheck Show notifications.

On Huawei smartphones:

  • Go to Settings > Permission Manager.
  • Tap on Push Message
