  • Click on the Google Drive tray icon, then select Menu, and find Preferences.
  • Go to the Advanced tab and select Bandwidth settings.
  • Next, under Download Rate and Upload Rate, select the Limit to option.
  • Enter a value in KBps and click on Apply:
