How to Choose the Default Program for Reading PDF files?


You have installed another PDF reader on your PC and since then documents won't open with Adobe Reader!
Here's a simple way to set Adobe Reader as your default PDF Handler:
  • Open Adobe Reader
  • Click on the Edit menu > Preferences.
  • Go to General > Application Startup.
  • Click on Select Default PDF Handler > Adobe Reader
  • You should get a confirmation message:
