Some features of Windows 10 (such as Cortana, Maps, Weather...) will require access to your location data to work properly. Location-based services are enabled by default in Windows 10, but if you'd like to, you can disable location services for specific apps or for the entire device (all user accounts) in a couple of easy steps.
How To Stop Apps from Accessing Your Location

While in Location settings, click on the Change button displayed below Location for this device and toggle the Location services switch Off:
