Hi,

I am the admin of my company's Page.

The Page was created and tagged together with a profile many years ago and recently Facebook initiated a name verification process which locked me out of the Page (unable to log in). The first response from them was that a Page should be created for my company instead of a Profile. The problem is my company has both and now the Page is not accessible as well.

The error message is as follows:

'Thanks for your help

We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation.'

We have already submitted the necessary documents showing that my company is registered and am operating with the name shown on the Page.

Appreciate assistance urgently!

Hi

Only official representatives can create a Page for an organization, business, brand or public figure; so I imagine Facebook also wanted the administrator's id.

Anyway, among the millions of accounts, there are tens of thousands of people living the same situation as you. When you submitted your documents you were the last among the tens of thousands. Facebook has to examine every one of them. You must wait your turn and it may take several weeks.

Is there any way to log into the account for the moment? Or are there any email addresses we can write to?

It's impossible to login a disabled account and we don't know of any email address for Facebook, if there were Facebook would be flooded with mail and they could not handle them all without hiring another 60,000 employees.

Filled up the contact form but was unable to send as it stated that my email address does not belong to a disabled account. I guess there's no other way except to wait then....

May be that your account is not disabled ? I don't know. Is your page online now?

I think so... I am still able to see the contents by searching for the page with my personal account.
