Laptop wont power on

hello,
i have a sony vaio E series laptop.it is suffering from a big problem now a days.i.e,the laptoo doesnt power on even the led's cant glow when i hit the power button.i tried many different ways to power it on and start from the os.but it failed to start...
then i put my battery off and hold down the power button for 30 seconds and then try to power it on again by putting my battery again but nothing happen laptop didnt start yet.
please help me.please as soon as possible.

A dead laptop needs to be diagnosed by a local PC Tech with physical access to the hardware.

ok thanks for giving me suggestion.but i dont think that my laptop is dead bcoz it is working fine a day before yesterday.
and before it my lappys battery is almost 25%...
buy i dont knw mch about physical hardwares like battery,hdd etc...so i think i will need the help of the local tech...
