Thank you very much for the quick response. That account has been in existence for eight years and when I registered I use my full name Andre' Boykin. I have sent a request and I have sent in my government ID with my name attached to it I am chatting with a friend and Facebook is sending them a friend request with my name Andre' Boykin attached to it. If the account is disabled why is Facebook sending people on my friends list a request.

You must cultivate your patience and wait, wait and wait. Among the millions of accounts, there are tens of thousands of people living the same situation as you. When you submitted your documents you were the last among the tens of thousands. Facebook has to examine every one of them. You must wait your turn and it may take several weeks.

Two things which may have prompted Facebook to ask for id
1. The apostrophe as it's a rare spelling.
2. You are no longer login in from Maryland, hence a different ip
