Word 2013 repair

Hello,

Word came up with an error message saying I had to 'repair' it so I followed the instructions and used Online Repair. I know it takes a long time to do but now all my Word documents have changed to Therefore, an app I've never used and don't know how to set it up (can't open any docs as asking me to put in Server details). MS Office icons are no longer showing on my Windows 10 Start screen.

On Control Panel, it's telling me to please wait until current program has changed (been two days now). So it won't let me reinstall Office.

Anyone had this problem and what can I do?
