Black screen of death in my msi windows 10.

So i installed my newest nvidia hard drive and then my computer restarted it self so the driver installs.. and i went to make my self some food then get back and play in my computer. and when i went i saw a black screen with a cursor in the loading mode i left the comptuter for 3 hours and the charge ran out so i went to check and then i plugged it in again and wanted to see if anything happened still the same so i searched how to fix this in my tablet and i tried Ctrl + Alt + del and it did not work, so i started freaking out then i tried pressing Windows key + p it showed me the thing on side that tells me the screens but that did not help. so please if anyone knows how i can fix this please let me know
