To recover your account Facebook must send you a reset code. The code would be sent to the Yahoo email account you registered when you created your Facebook account.
If your Yahoo mail account is no longer active, there is no way you can receive a reset code from Facebook, therefore, you will never be able to recover your Facebook account and there is no other way around it.
Always keep your accounts up-to-date.
