Yahoo mail "we can't recognise it"

I am Taimour Ahmed Abbasi from Pakistan.
I'm using an email address for facebook and twitter accounts and it runs smoothly. But when I try to check my account at yahoo mail sing in it shows"we can't recognise it"
The email address is "***@***"
Please guide me about this that how this problem could be solved.

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
