Hello,
My laptop had fallen down from 2feet and it is not starting up when I plugged in for charging the lights of charging gets blink and gets charged but its not starting

If the laptop was operating at the time you could have damaged the hard drive or the motherboard. Most likely the MB needs replacing.

At that time laptop was in off position and when I want to Starr it it blinked two lights and now its not starting

Probably a broken motherboard.
