I'm praying that one of the IT God's there can please tell me how to recover my permanently deleted Gmail messages utilizing my phone (since this is what I used to delete them). I accidentally deleted all of my sent emails from my trash and really have several important emails that I am very desperate to recover. Can anyone please help me? I would appreciate any assistance in this matter. Thanks so much in advance!

Hi

Recovery of deleted messages with a mobile phone is not possible. The Gmail mobile application does not offer that possibility.

Can I retrieve the information if I use a computer?? Will that work? Thanks for the help.

Could be if the messages were very recently deleted, like less than 30 days.

When you try to login with a computer ensure you logout from Gmail with your phone, don't just close the application.

I trust that you have the email address and the email password.
