WIFI lost all the SSID

Hello, could some help me we have lost all the SSID that belong to the Motel and getting different SSID from different names around the area. And because we supply our guest with a free WI FI we have not been able to fulfilled our obligation in the last 3 days and the guests are not very impressed with us,
So we are in desperate need to re install our WI FI pass word back to the original state we appreciate your help thank you.

Try to reset your modem

Unplug the Power Cable your modem
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the power back in
Wait a few minutes for the Modem to come back online
