Hello,

I found a solution that said: go to Picasa and click on Tools, then Options, then mark High Quality, etc. I did that and the problem did not go away. For years the print quality was fine. It was all of a sudden, right after changing an ink cartridge that the quality degrade.I can print from another program and the quality it great as always. Only in Picasa is there a problem. Is there any other solution I can try?

OK, so when you start a new project in picasa, what DPI are you setting? You can change the default DPI setting. Perhaps the setting is a dismal 30DPI!

I don't even know where to set the DPI, (dots per inch?) and have never done anything with it.
