Red light, Pc not starting

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I was playing a pubg game when suddenly my pc shut down. And now it doesn't start anymore. I have bought this pc 1 year ago and never really had any problems with it. I opened it and there is red light shining the whole time, when I try to start the pc nothing happens.

I don't have any knowledge about pc's anyone could help me? Do you think this is a big problem? Any idea how much it should cost me and how to repair it?
