Recover my hacked facebook account

Hello,

My facebook account ERIC VILLAVERT MINA Account is Hacked and I can no longer access it, the Profile was totally changed, profile pic and email address. I have thousands of Family pictures on this Facebook account as well as my FB pages. I really would like to access it again I Don't Know who this LIN DA is and I am definitely sure that this is the HACKER. as you can see the previous name was ERIC VILLAVERT MINA and was changed to LIN DA and if possible to catch this LIN DA and throw him/her in jail PLEASE HELP ME before the hacker messes around the pictures of my daughters...
