How to correct time on computer after formatting?

I formatted a brand new laptop computer using system recovery provided by the manufacture (Windows 10 home). After format, I realized that the computer's time zone was wrong. So my system time was 5 hour ahead.
I corrected the time zone and time of the computer, but still the internet not working properly. Google showing clock error. YouTube thumbnails are missing. YouTube videos not working.
My computer time is updated and synchronized with time.windows.com
Is there any way to fix this internet time ahead/behind problem without reformat?
