Save as in a macro

Hi i am trying to save a copy of my workbook ie p&l report plus the date so i can save it each week, so far the macro i have will print all info and clear all data ready for the next week . i got it to save but it will only save as the same filename

SO, if you go file, save as you cannot place it somewhere else?

sorry yes i can then what i would like it to do is save the workbook ie
p&l report 23/9/2017
p&l report 30/9/2017
p&l report 7/10/2017 something like that i have got it to print to pdf and it asks me to input file name clears all content and is ready for next week but i cant get it to ask me for file name even when i use the macro manual it does

OK, so you are using a print driver?

What print driver are you using? The built in one?

YOu can always try to automatically save PDF files without having to rename them. I think there is a an Auto-name feature. Go into options. Document>checkbox for Auto-name Files.
