Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

Hello and thank you for responding back so quickly...
I do have an recovery email but i forgot the password too that have not used it in so long and my pgone number changed so i have a new number and i created a new gmail account so they could send me a code which they did 2x and then i recieved a message back that they cant verify that the account belongs toi me im so stressed out plz help

Sorry but the recovery email must have been registered when you created the account.
There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device or number you no longer have access to.
Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a recovery email to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
