My Logitech Keyboard will not work when I changed my Mouse
to a Staples cordless mouse with new batteries.

The mouse works not the keyboard.

Please help.

Thanks

Hi There, I'm not tech savvy is the mouse USB the little piece that came with the mouse and plugs into my laptop my mouse USB connection? if I unplug that how would the mouse work?

The Logitech keyboard works fine with my current Logitech mouse, I was told that I could use any wireless mouse with my Logitech keyboard

You need both USB adapters plugged in. One for the mouse and one for the Keyboard. Each manufactures uses a different protocol for their wireless products.
