Dell 3158 not booting

Hello,
my laptop is not working from 2 months.. when ever i press the power button.. it blinks white and red colour.. while it was blinking again i pressed the power button it stops blinking and makes a small click sound... i dont know what to do so kindly help me...!!!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

it was non removeble battery

All batteries can be removed. Look it up in your owner's manual or the Dell website.
