Open Disk management. Right click over the WINDOWS key, and select DISK MANAGEMENT.
On the top menu, under the volume column, Right Click on the inactive disk (BLACK). Select Mark Partition as active.
Now, in the botom section, right click over the drive that was just activated, and enable it. Then mount it!
