Go to att.net and click on sign it at the top. It will bring you to another page. Where it says sign in now, click forgot User ID/Email Address. This will bring you to another page that says Forgot User ID/ Password. Click on the box that says password and enter in your email and last name and hit continue. The next page it bring you to is where you answer your security questions. Enter them in and hit continue. Finally it asks you to reset your password. Enter new password and hit continue. You should be able to access your email now.
