Hello everyone!
Not even one month ago I bought an Acer Aspire E15 laptop. Now it's been two-three days when this happens: I'm working, nothing exceptional (writing a doc with spotify in the background for example), when suddenly the laptop shuts down. It doesn't have a pattern, it could be after half an hour or ten minutes. It doesn't make any strange noises, when I touch it the laptop isn't even warm and this happens even when the battery is fully charged. I haven't even downloaded anything lately, I've run my antivirus anyway and it didn't find any malware. Everything works perfectly fine when the laptop is plugged in, though.
What could it possibly be? Is there some way for me to at least understand if it's a software (that is, Windows 10) or hardware problem?
Thank you for any help you can give me.

Check to see what the power configuration is set at. It may be doing what it should be doing, which is turn off when on battery, and battery reached less than 75%. Check it in Settings, SYSTEM, POWER & SLEEP.

I hope this helps!

Bad battery then. Batteries are good for about 4 years. If you get 7-8 out of them, yu are doing real good!
