PC won't boot after installing new PSU

I've been having booting issues for a while. A few days ago I restarted my PC again after installing a driver and my computer wouldn't boot. After trying a bunch of things someone helped me install DDU to remove my previous drivers and it worked perfectly. After running some tests and seeing an excel spreadsheet they told me my PSU was dying which is why I was encountering the problems I was.

I got a new PSU today and plugged everything in where it was supposed to go. After my first boot, I was stuck in the BIOS menu but I realized I hadn't plugged in my SSD correctly so I fixed that. Now whenever I go to boot I see the windows logo and I'm back to no signal. I've tried reseating the GPU again and I've unplugged the PSU while holding the power button but neither thing has worked.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
