Please, I'm having difficulty downloading whatsApp Messenger on my BB Q10 with updated Software release 10.3.3.1359.

I am frustrated trying to download as it feedback me with the below probe:

In order to install WhatsApp you will need to have Software Release 10.0.10.82 (OS Version 10.0.10.648) or later.

Go to the whatsapp support page and see if your phone is certified to run it!
