There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device or number you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a recovery email to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!

Hi

No you cannot save yahoo messages to aol.

you have an alternate recovery email address and phone number to which you no longer have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

You are most welcome. Mind you, if you wish to save stuff, the worst place to do it is through services such as Yahoo (millions of accounts were compromised) Gmail, aol, Outlook.com, Facebook etc.

I have a Gmail account but all of my mails are redirected to my Microsoft Office Outlook account through my isp server. All data remains on my computer's hard disk, not somewhere in space where I may lose control such as in your case.
