Hello,


I forgot my new password and i lost my old gmail attached phone .so there is big trouble for getting my gmail. I know my old password right now . There is any solution to regain my gmail account

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
