Windows 7 black screen [Solved]

Hello,



I am using windows 7 64 bit when I turn my pc on its logs me in but after logging in the screen just goes black with a cursor on it I have frequently faced this problem.

Can you boot in safe mode?

I have restored my pc to last update and it's working but when I try to shut down my pc it installs a new update and after that again the black screen with cursor comes

Pls help me out with this

If you are not getting a black screen, I suggest that you restore your system to a date back before the problem occurred. You will not lose any data.

Log on to your computer as an administrator.
Open the Control Panel by clicking Start, and then clicking Control Panel.
Click System and Security, and then click System.
Under the Control Panel Home menu, click System protection.

Click System Restore.
Recommended Restore is the default choice. This restore is the most recent restore point and the best place to start.
To choose a different restore point, click Choose a different restore point, click Next and then click a restore point.
Click Next, and then click Finish to confirm your restore point.
To start the restore process, click Yes.
Once the system restore is complete, your computer will restart.

I did it after restoring completes the pc turns on after use when I shut down the pc it starts installing update automatically and then when I turn it on next time again the same problem comes

Hay thanks for the help my problem is solved o don't know how the update thing just went and now my pc is back to normal thanks again for the help
