Hello,

I am installing Win10 on computers and I have a computer that when I installing in, it has the error "network not found". (has to be found before the reimage process can be complete for the win10 I have).
The cable is good, the port is good, the lights come on and say the network is connected but the computer still pops up with that error. Port and cable also work on different computers.
Any suggestions?

The driver for your network adapter need to be manually installed then. You will need to side load it. What is side load?

Download the driver to another storage device, and load it onto the C drive of the computer, and load it from there. Did you perform the CERTIFICATION for hardware before the image? Does all of the hardware match, and only one is not responding correctly? If you are using a network image, your administrator needs to pack up another image for the hardware that is failing!!!!!!!!
